We recently had our fence installed by Ronald and Sons Landscaping & Fencing, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. First and foremost, the quality of the work is excellent, and they also had the best price out of the four quotes we received. They completed the entire fence in just a few days, and everything looks great. What really stood out to me, though, was their honesty and willingness to go above and beyond for their customers. They offer financing options, so we applied and were given several choices. We ultimately chose a credit card through a well-known bank that offered 0% interest for 18 months. When the owner came out to do the final measurements, he let me know that they needed half of the total at that point, and explained that the company is charged a processing fee for credit card transactions. That fee hadn't been explained to us upfront, so while I wasn't upset about it, I did wish we had known beforehand. Regardless, we were completely willing to move forward and pay the fee. This is where Ronald and Sons really impressed me — the owner came back with his son and told us that they would cover half of the credit card processing fee, and we would only have to cover the other half. They absolutely didn't have to do that, and I was genuinely surprised that they were willing to do it. In my opinion, good business ethics and doing the right thing for your customers are becoming harder to find. The quality, workmanship, price, and speed of the installation are all A1, but the way they treated us as customers made the experience even better. We genuinely appreciate you and would absolutely recommend you to anyone looking to have a fence installed.
